Small Group Personal Training in Amsterdam — Exclusive at Fit Depot
Starting March 2026, Fit Depot Amsterdam is introducing something unique: Small Group Personal Training, or SGPT. This is group training on a completely different level. Not a packed studio with 30 people, but intimate sessions with a maximum of 4 participants, each guided by your own coach. Every trainer develops and owns their own training format, which means you get authentic, personal expertise — not a cookie-cutter program. It's the perfect balance between the intensity of personal training and the energy of a group.
What is Small Group Personal Training?
Small Group Personal Training combines the best of both worlds. You get the full attention of a coach who watches your form, makes adjustments, and pushes you — but you're also training alongside others. This creates something psychologically powerful; you're not just accountable to yourself, but to your group. And there's room for every level: beginners and experienced athletes train side by side under the same coach, who challenges everyone at their own level.
What makes SGPT at Fit Depot special is that each coach owns their format. They set the philosophy, pace, and goals. That makes every session unique and personal — pure quality over quantity. With a maximum of 4 participants per session, you're truly seen and guided.
The Classes
Fit Depot Amsterdam launches SGPT with six distinct formats, each designed for a specific purpose. Which you choose depends on what your body and mind need at that moment.
Refresh Yoga is the antidote to hectic days. These sessions focus on recovery, flexibility, and mental clarity. It's not an intense workout, but a conscious return to yourself — perfect after a demanding day at your desk or on video calls.
After Office Pilates is specifically designed for those who sit all day. The focus is core stability and postural correction — two things your body desperately needs after eight hours behind a desk. Every movement is done with attention to your alignment, and you feel it immediately in your back and abs.
Fundamentals Strength teaches the fundamentals of strength training. Whether you're completely new to weights or have been training for years, this session builds a solid foundation. The coach adapts everything to your level — no one feels left behind or out of place.
Run Club is for those who love running but want to improve. Structured sessions combine interval training with steady runs, always under the guidance of someone who knows how to help you run faster or further safely. Running together feels far less isolating than running alone.
FitBoxing combines boxing technique with conditioning. It's pure energy and focus — perfect if you need an outlet after a stressful day. Boxing teaches you power and coordination while you release tension through your gloves and the heavy bag.
Teambeats (HIIT) is high-intensity interval training with real-time heart rate feedback displayed on a large screen. You see your data, you see your teammates' data, and suddenly training becomes competitive and motivating. You push yourself further because you're surrounded by others, guided by a coach who knows you.
Schedule and Availability
Each format runs 1–2 times per week. Fit Depot is launching SGPT at an intimate scale with a maximum of 4 participants per session. As a format fills and proves successful, we may expand — but the core principle remains: exclusivity and personalized attention. For now, SGPT is available exclusively at Fit Depot Amsterdam.
Which Membership Do I Need?
Small Group Personal Training is included with the Performance membership (€109/month) and the Signature membership (€129/month). You can attend unlimited SGPT sessions as long as spots are available. These are the same memberships that give you access to BIOCIRCUIT, NatureConnect, and all other Fit Depot facilities.
