BIOCIRCUIT is a circuit training system developed by Technogym, the global market leader in professional fitness equipment. It works with a fixed route of machines that you move through in sequence. Each machine automatically adjusts the resistance, seat height and range of motion based on your personal profile.
The result? A complete strength training session in just 30 minutes — without you having to adjust anything yourself.
How does it work exactly?
At your first visit to Fit Depot, one of our coaches will set up your Technogym wristband. Your profile is stored in it: your strength level, your goals and any limitations.
As soon as you arrive at a BIOCIRCUIT machine, it recognizes your wristband and adapts automatically. A short animation appears showing you which exercise you're about to do, and then you can get started. After the set time, a light indicates that you can move to the next station.
Who is BIOCIRCUIT suitable for?
The beauty of BIOCIRCUIT is that it works for everyone — from beginners to advanced athletes. The system continuously adapts:
- Beginners get lighter resistance and more guidance on screen.
